This website, nasimlimurif.ae, is operated by Nasimli Murif ("we", "us", "our"), a fragrance house in the United Arab Emirates. By browsing the site or placing an order you accept these Terms & Conditions together with our Privacy Policy and Delivery & Returns Policy. If you do not accept them, please do not order from us.

By ordering you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or are ordering with the involvement of a parent or guardian, and that you are able to enter into a binding contract under UAE law.

• Oud, bakhoor and muattar are natural products. Colour, grain and the strength of the scent can vary slightly from batch to batch — this is a property of natural material, not a fault.
• Photographs are taken as faithfully as we can manage; screens differ, so a small difference in shade is possible.
• Everything is subject to availability. If something you ordered is not available we contact you to offer an alternative or refund that item in full.

• All prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED), inclusive of VAT where it applies.
• The price that applies to your order is the one shown when you place it.
• We do not accept cash on delivery. Orders are paid online at checkout, on the secure page of our licensed payment provider. Your order reaches us only once that payment is completed.
• We never see or store your card details. They are handled entirely by the payment provider.
• If an obvious pricing error appears, we may cancel the affected order and refund it in full.

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract between us is formed when we confirm your paid order. We may decline or cancel an order for good reason — a stock, payment or delivery-address problem — and anything already paid is refunded in full.

You can cancel an order yourself from My Account on the website while it is still new and not yet paid — open the account panel and press Cancel this order. Once payment has gone through, or once we have begun preparing your order, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we will do what we can.

Fragrance is a personal product that we cannot resell once it has left us, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

We do put it right, at our cost, when the fault is ours:

• an item is missing from your order;
• an item arrives broken, damaged or leaking;
• you received the wrong item.

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and a photo, and we will replace the item or refund it in full. The full detail is in our Delivery & Returns Policy. This does not affect your statutory rights under UAE consumer-protection law.

Delivery arrangements, timing and any delivery fee are set out in our Delivery & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

The Nasimli Murif name, logo, product names, photographs, text and the design of this site belong to us or are licensed to us. Please do not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission.

• Please do not use the site unlawfully, place fraudulent orders, or interfere with its operation or security.
• Automated scraping or bulk extraction of the site's content is not permitted.

To the fullest extent UAE law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer under UAE law, including Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection.

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as exceptional weather, public-authority decisions, or courier and network disruption.

We may update these Terms. The version published here when you place an order is the version that applies to it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute is subject to the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.
