1. Who handles your information١. من يتولّى بياناتك

Nasimli Murif operates nasimlimurif.ae and decides how the personal information collected through it is used. We handle it in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

تدير نسيم لمريف موقع nasimlimurif.ae وتحدّد كيفية استخدام البيانات الشخصية المجمّعة من خلاله، ونتعامل معها وفق المرسوم بقانون اتحادي رقم ٤٥ لسنة ٢٠٢١ في شأن حماية البيانات الشخصية.

2. What we collect٢. ما الذي نجمعه

  • Your name and phone number, and your email if you give it.
  • Your delivery address and any note you add to the order.
  • Your orders — what you bought, the amount, the date and the status.
  • Basic technical records kept by our hosting for security.
  • Things saved on your own device — your language choice, your bag and your saved checkout details stay in your browser, not on our servers.
  • اسمك ورقم هاتفك، وبريدك الإلكتروني إن أدخلته.
  • عنوان التوصيل وأي ملاحظة تضيفينها إلى الطلب.
  • طلباتك — ما اشتريتِه والمبلغ والتاريخ وحالة الطلب.
  • سجلات تقنية أساسية يحفظها مزوّد الاستضافة لأغراض الأمان.
  • ما يُحفظ على جهازك — لغتك وحقيبتك وبيانات الدفع المحفوظة تبقى في متصفّحك لا على خوادمنا.

3. What we use it for٣. لماذا نستخدمها

  • To prepare, deliver and confirm your order, including contacting you on WhatsApp or by phone.
  • To help you afterwards — a missing item, a damaged bottle, a question.
  • To meet our accounting and legal obligations.
  • To keep the site running and secure.
  • لتجهيز طلبك وتوصيله وتأكيده، بما في ذلك التواصل معك عبر واتساب أو الهاتف.
  • لمساعدتك بعد الاستلام — صنف ناقص أو زجاجة تالفة أو استفسار.
  • للوفاء بالتزاماتنا المحاسبية والقانونية.

4. Who else sees it٤. من يطّلع عليها غيرنا

  • We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
  • Your delivery details go to the courier, only so your order can reach you.
  • Payments are handled by our licensed payment provider — your card details never reach us.
  • Our hosting and email providers process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards.
  • We disclose information if UAE law or a competent authority requires it.
  • لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نؤجّرها لأحد.
  • تصل بيانات التوصيل إلى شركة الشحن لغرض إيصال طلبك فقط.
  • تُعالَج المدفوعات لدى مزوّد الدفع المرخّص — ولا تصلنا بيانات بطاقتك إطلاقاً.
  • يعالج مزوّدو الاستضافة والبريد البيانات نيابةً عنا وفق ضمانات مناسبة.
  • نفصح عن البيانات إذا تطلّب ذلك القانون الإماراتي أو جهة مختصة.

5. Keeping it safe٥. حماية بياناتك

The whole site is served over encrypted connections. Order records are reachable only from the owner's password-protected console. No system is perfectly secure, but we take appropriate technical and organisational measures.

يُقدَّم الموقع بالكامل عبر اتصالات مشفّرة، ولا يمكن الوصول إلى سجلات الطلبات إلا من لوحة المالكة المحمية بكلمة مرور. ولا يوجد نظام آمن تماماً، لكننا نتخذ التدابير التقنية والتنظيمية المناسبة.

6. Cookies٦. ملفات التتبّع

We do not use advertising trackers or third-party marketing cookies. The site keeps your language, your bag and your saved checkout details in your own browser so that shopping works smoothly; you can clear them at any time in your browser settings.

لا نستخدم أدوات تتبّع إعلانية ولا ملفات تسويق من أطراف أخرى. يحفظ الموقع لغتك وحقيبتك وبيانات الدفع المحفوظة في متصفّحك ليعمل التسوّق بسلاسة، ويمكنك مسحها متى شئت من إعدادات المتصفّح.

7. Messages we send٧. الرسائل التي نرسلها

Messages about your own order — confirmation, delivery, a problem — are part of the service. We only send offers or news if you have asked for them, and you can tell us to stop at any time.

الرسائل المتعلقة بطلبك — التأكيد والتوصيل أو أي مشكلة — جزء من الخدمة. أما العروض والأخبار فلا نرسلها إلا إذا طلبتِها، ويمكنك إيقافها متى شئت.

8. How long we keep it٨. مدة الاحتفاظ

Order records are kept as long as we need them for delivery, support, accounting and legal obligations, then deleted.

نحتفظ بسجلات الطلبات بالقدر اللازم للتوصيل والدعم والمحاسبة والالتزامات القانونية، ثم نحذفها.

9. Your rights٩. حقوقك

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and you can withdraw consent to marketing at any time. Write to info@nasimlimurif.ae and we will respond within a reasonable time.

يحق لك الاطلاع على بياناتك لدينا أو تصحيحها أو طلب حذفها، ويمكنك سحب موافقتك على الرسائل التسويقية في أي وقت. راسلينا على info@nasimlimurif.ae وسنردّ خلال مدة معقولة.

10. Children١٠. الأطفال

This site is not aimed at children. If you are under 18, please shop with a parent or guardian.

هذا الموقع غير موجّه للأطفال. وإن كان عمرك دون ١٨ عاماً فتسوّقي بإشراف وليّ الأمر.

We may update this policy; the current version and its date are always shown on this page.

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة، والنسخة السارية وتاريخها معروضان دائماً في هذه الصفحة.
